The Legend of Il Conte

Zegna FW Campaign featuring brand ambassador Mads Mikkelsen

Zegna’s Fall/Winter 24 campaign featuring brand ambassador Mads Mikkelsen.

Warm, luxurious and long-lasting, cashmere is a cornerstone of any wardrobe. This season, Zegna, the Italian luxury fashion house founded in 1910 that has long produced some of the finest fabrics in the world, has lent its modern design aesthetic to the beloved knit with the new Il Conte jacket—a finely-woven piece of outerwear that pays homage to house founder Ermenegildo Zegna and his title of Count of Monte Rubello, which was bestowed upon him in the 1930s by King Vittorio Emanuele III of Italy for his philanthropy and contribution to the textile industry.

Inspired by Zegna’s rich heritage, the Il Conte jacket (“Count” in Italian) is woven of traceable Oasi Cashmere—Zegna’s exclusive cashmere fibers—and available in six colors, including the sumptuous Fango, a soft-brown hue. Designed as an everyday mix between a chore jacket and leisurewear, Il Conte is defined by its sleek details: rounded edges that define the silhouette and a guru collar. Here, we gathered a few ways to build out the perfect Il Conte wardrobe—available now at Bal Harbour Shops.

A sporty pair of trainers brings a touch of casual to a more formal look. Nodding to the traditional hand-stitching of Zegna’s tailored jackets, the Triple Stitch Il Monte sneakers feature a low-top silhouette for a sleek finish.
  4. Zegna

    Cashseta turtleneck

A preppy staple, Zegna has elevated the classic turtleneck with a refined blend of soft cashmere and mulberry silk, cut to a slim fit and finished with rib-knitted edges.
  5. Cashco shirt
