What better way to celebrate Women’s History Month than with an immersive exhibition honoring the trailblazing women who changed the way we see the world? Welcome to Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE, the global launch of this floral art exhibition taking over Bal Harbour Shops next month from March 3-12.

Open to the public, the 10-day cultural event will display 28 fresh floral installations created by South Florida’s most revered florists. In addition to the tribute to inspirational women, Fleurs de Villes VOYAGE will also transport us to global destinations—Venice, Provence, Zimbabwe, Japan, and our very own Bal Harbour Village, among them.

Among the brands participating are Rene Caovilla, inspired by Venice, Zimmermann, using florals native to Australia, Alexandre Birman, inspired by Brazil, Graff, inspired by London, De Beers Jewellers, inspired by a journey of light, Brunello Cucinelli, inspired by its origins in Solomeo, Italy, Makoto inspired by Japan’s cherry blossoms and Le Zoo influenced by the café culture of Paris. The Shops will also celebrate with two mannequins of Baroness Karen Von Blixen, also known by her pen name, Isak Dinesen, who wrote “Out of Africa,” and BHS ACCESS will honor Amelia Earhart.

Alongside the floral art installations, Bal Harbour Shops will host a series of events including a kid’s floral art class in partnership with Couture Kids plus a flower market for the whole family.

“As we’ve traveled the globe these last few years, we have been so inspired by the stories shared by fans, florists, and partners in every city we visited,” says Karen Marshall and Tina Barkley, co-founders of Fleurs de Villes. “With people everywhere returning to travel, it’s an opportune time to share these global stories en fleurs.”
