At the Pop-up’s signature The Whitman Restaurant, enjoy a menu packed with locally sourced ingredients, and classic dishes that have become a signature of the roving restaurant. One of the most popular dishes is the Krispy chicken, but don’t miss the She-Crab soup, 1855 beef short rib, or green tomato panzanella salad. The relaxed, al fresco venue also includes a full bar and lounge—the perfect perch to enjoy a post-shopping tipple.

Designed by renowned architecture firm LO-TEK from modular shipping containers and transformed into a lush, tropical oasis, the pop-up embodies the signature aesthetic of Bal Harbour Shops, transporting guests into a Zen garden-like environment, complete with palm trees, Koi ponds, fountains, and lush greenery, all set to a curated soundtrack that enhances the ambience. The Pop-up also has covered walkways with cooling fans, and a retractable canopy.
