In honor of Women’s History Month and International Women’s Day, this year’s theme is inspired by extraordinary women artists and performers, including Mary Cassatt, Yayoi Kusama, Elsa Schiaparelli, Georgia O’Keeffe, Zelda Fitzgerald, and Tamara de Lempicka. Each of these trailblazers’ likeness will be rendered as blooming-floral mannequins that will be staged throughout the Shops—as well as throughout Bal Harbour Village, in The St. Regis Bal Harbour, and The Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour.

In addition, fresh floral displays will decorate the exterior of luxury boutiques of Brunello Cucinelli, Rene Caovilla, Versace, and Diptyque. For Bal Harbour Shops’ own floral mannequins, two pioneering artists in fashion and the fine arts were selected: The “Queen of Fashion” Elsa Schiaparelli, and Japanese Pop Artist Yayoi Kusama. Jassi & Co Creative and Aniska Creations, respectively, will be the floral designers.

Throughout the 10-day event guests will be transported by the artistry, sensory delights, and vibrant colors of the flowers, and off-site events like crown-making classes, floral cart displays, flower bike decorating, and more will add to the beauty of the experience.
