Fourth annual “Ice Cream We Love” weekend in support of Holtz Children’s Hospital
Bal Harbour Shops & Bal Harbour Village presented the fourth annual “Ice Cream We Love” weekend in support of Holtz Children’s Hospital on September 17th & 18th. Over 800 guests attended the two-day ice cream pop-up festivity raising over $84,000 for Holtz Children’s Hospital and celebrating the legacy of Bal Harbour Shops’ founder Stanley Whitman, who was a longstanding supporter of the organization. Spread across Bal Harbour Shops three levels of tropical gardens, “Ice Cream We Love” featured a curated selection of flavorful installations representing 18 vendors including Milk Bar, serving their famous Cereal Milk Ice Cream; Salt & Straw, with a selection of 4 flavors including their Panther Coffee Tres Leches; Cry Baby Creamery, serving Milk & Cookies with salted vanilla ice cream and chunks of homemade chocolate chip cookies and Oreos; Santo Dulce! Churros & Ice Cream, showcasing their delectable Lil’ Santo churro halos with ice cream; as well Bal Harbour Shops’ beloved Bianco Gelato with their refreshing fruit and vegan popsicles; and Le Zoo, highlighting a sweet Strawberry Pavlova with crispy merengue, strawberry gel, strawberry ice cream, and sprinkles, to name a few. In addition, visitors enjoyed life-sized kids’ games and activations, face painting, balloon twisting, and more.
