In honor of Fleurs de Villes Downton Abbey, Bal Harbour Shops, along with Gigi Whitman, hosted an exclusive invitation-only garden party in celebration of the global launch of our annual floral showcase where the Shops are adorned with more than 25 mannequins each comprised of stunning floral motifs.
