It’s hard to believe it’s already the middle of February, and with that comes the highly anticipated (or maybe dreaded) Valentine’s Day gift exchange. Even if you’re treating yourself to a special something this February 14, make sure you do it in high style.
From fragrances to bowties, we’ve got you covered.
Jo Malone London introduced its Red Roses fragrance on Valentine’s Day in 1996 and it’s been a top-selling scent ever since. The Red Roses fragrance collection has expanded to include body cream, lotion, body wash, bath oil and candles, and this year it’s adding a new addition to the family, the Red Roses Chronicle. The new fragrance invites you to customize your Red Roses fragrance experience by layering a trio of scents to create your very own. Complement and contrast with Sweet Lemon, Scarlet Velvet Rose and Honeycomb. Available at Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour.

Nobody does playful, girly and covetable accessories quite like Miu Miu. The brand’s love for bows, studs and lace are the perfect expression of modern romance, and this month Miu Miu presents leather earrings, bracelets and headbands embellished with studs and multi-colored stones, along with a bejeweled, heart-shaped wallet that will make you swoon.

Tiffany & Co. may not have invented Valentine’s Day, but they do know how to celebrate it like no one else! This year the company tapped street style connoisseurs, Scott Schuman and his girlfriend Garance Doré to curate the True Love in Pictures series, where they’ve captured real couples in love on the street. There’s even an app where you can upload your own story, too. But, for those less public with their affection, there are plenty of Tiffany hearts waiting to be found at the Bal Harbour boutique.

Stella McCartney opened her Bal Harbour store just in time to add her Stella Print Collection fragrances to our wish list. Three limited-edition bottles are adorned with prints straight off the Spring/Summer runway. Stella, the designer’s first fragrance, is a combination of fresh rose essence, vibrant mandarin, heart of peony and rose absolute.

Pink and red are the undisputed colors of the holiday—and that goes for both men and women. So where better than
Thomas Pink to find your man a stylish gift of love? The British shirt-maker has a special collection of love-themed wares available this month, and our favorites include the heart-dotted ties, Amore crystal-heart cufflinks and the pink-and-black checked boxers.

Dolce & Gabbana introduces its new It Bag, aptly named the Dolce. Already a celebrity favorite, with the likes of Carey Mulligan and Kirsten Dunst toting the structured purse, the Dolce bag is ladylike to its core. The top-handle purse has a touch of retro in its structured silhouette, but is definitely made for the modern woman. Available in a variety of colors, we’re partial to red for its statement-making pop of color.

Gee Beauty has been celebrating Valentine’s Day for a few days now, but there’s still time to get ready for the holiday with a few special offers. Gee Beauty joined forces with Top Secret Undercover Bodywear to create a pop-up shop through the rest of the month. Special packages and offers are available, like Top Secret gift cards with bikini wax or tanning services, to make sure you’re Valentine’s Day-ready! Or, come in and adorn your eyes with some blinged out lashes for a little extra flirt in that wink, or pick up a fragrance you can share, like Five O`Clock Au Gingembre by Serge Lutens, which is an oriental spicy fragrance for women and men.

If you’ve got a fun-loving fashionista to shop for, we know the options can be overwhelming. But a cool throwback gift, like YSL’s charm bracelet is spot on. The brass chain bracelet is hung with red leather charms bringing a little edge to the notoriously sweet accessory. It also looks great with some of YSL’s patent leather accessories, hint hint.

Lady in red takes on a whole new meaning with this peplum waist dress from Mason. Available at Intermix Bal Harbour, this cocktail dress is just the right combination of naughty and nice and the perfect frock for a Valentine's Day night out.

Brooks Brothers may not be the first name that comes to mind when it comes to a romantic holiday, but the American fashion house has a few classic gifts that you can be sure will hit the mark. Gold knot cufflinks are always in style, or, for a touch of Americana, go for the red-and-navy bow tie. Feeling cheeky, ok fine, preppy/cheeky, the gingham print boxers in pink and white are a must.

Flowers and chocolates are nice, but if you asked most women what they want for Valentine's Day (or any gift-giving occasion for that matter), shoes would be the answer. But not just any shoe, something festive and in line with the holiday of course; like something studded and perhaps in patent leather from Valentino.

Some designers really embrace the holiday as much as say Christmas, filling their stores with special, limited edition merchandise. Diane von Furstenberg gets playful for Valentine's Day with a new T-shirt emblazoned with her signature "Love is Life" mantra and red ping pong paddles that come with a heart-stamped ball.

What would Valentine's Day be without a little lingerie? And nobody does sophisticated sexy better than Wolford. The Austrian luxury hosier has expanded well beyond every savvy woman's must-have stockings and lingerie and now has a complete ready-to-wear line. But we're sticking to the basics this holiday, and opting for a few pieces from the Sublime line, including the Forming Dress and Push-up bra, seen here.
