Art Basel week came to a close on Sunday after endless days of art, events and this year more than ever, fashion. One partygoer accurately observed that there were more fashion events than art events. Another commented that she dressed as though it was fashion week, giving her wardrobe selection a little extra consideration this week. It's glad to know we're not the only ones focused on fashion this week, and with that in mind, we thought it would be an opportune time to revisit the week's most memorable moments for some of Bal Harbour's brands.

Chanel may have had the most buzzed-about evening at Soho House where it hosted the likes of Demi Moore, Stacy Keibler, Aby Rosen, Klaus Biesenbach, Richard Prince, Jeff Koons,Will Ferrell, Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Jeremy Piven and Pharell Williams, Damien Hirst and Urs Fischer at a dinner and after party with online art site, Art.sy. It was said to be the hardest ticket to come by last week, and given the venue's amped up security and multiple guest list check points, we'd tend to agree. View more photos.

Stella McCartney must have replicated herself in order to make as many appearances as she did over the course of the week. An in-store brunch at Bal Harbour was followed by a tea party at The Webster. She also sponsored MOCA's Art Basel party and hosted an afternoon of activities and leisure pursuits at a private home to celebrate the Stella McCartney for Adidas Spring collection. Guests enjoyed boat rides, yoga demonstrations, volley ball, paddleboarding and manicures and pedicures. View more photos from the Stella McCartney Bal Harbour brunch.

Shoe and accessories designer Charlotte Dellal made a PA at Neiman Marcus to celebrate the launch of a Charlotte Olympia capsule collection--available exclusively at the store--of hand-painted shoes inspired by artists like Picasso, Lichtenstein and Pollock. Following the launch, Dellal was a special guest at a charity luncheon for the Women of Tomorrow held at Neiman Marcus. View more photos.

Speaking of women, power designer and seller of confidence (and wrap dresses) Diane Von Furstenberg was in town for two busy days of art, style and design. Von Furstenberg was a guest speaker at Design Miami/, where she tackled the subject of "Design Pioneers" with W magazine editor in chief, Stefano Tonchi. Von Furstenberg dazzled the crowd with her candid stories and some useful advice ("when women feel like animals good things happen"). The following day Von Furstenberg signed books and Evian water bottles (her latest collaboration) for a small audience of women at Bal Harbour Shops, and then moved on to Soho House for an intimate brunch held in their temporary, oceanfront tent. Read our exclusive interview with Diane Von Furstenberg.

Moncler celebrated its 60th anniversary in Miami last week with a handful of events. Pharrell Williams, who recently collaborated on a few looks with Moncler, signed books at the Bal Harbour boutique on Saturday night. A dinner at a private Miami Beach residence also was used to celebrate the anniversary, as well as a cocktail party at 1111 Lincoln Road on Friday night. Fendi continued its alliance with Design Miami/ with an exhibition by Belgian industrial designer Maarten De Ceulaer. The exhibition, “Transformations,” was based on the brand’s "pequin" motif, which the designer turned from two-dimensional textiles into three-dimensional furniture and objets d’art.
